Shortcut Assistant

There were a handful of features I couldn’t wait for in Shortcut, a project management tool I use at work. So, I built a Chrome Extension that added them in! That slowly grew over time and now it offers:

  1. AI Analysis of Stories: Generates implementation questions that can be used during the planning phase to ensure a story is ready for development

  2. Private Notes: For quickly jotting down a thought that you’re not quite ready to post as a public comment. These are synced across all Chrome browsers where the user is logged in

  3. Keyboard Shortcuts: Change the status of a story or move it to a different iteration without ever leaving the keyboard!

  4. In Story Reporting: Displays the development, cycle, and review time of a story at a quick glance allowing users to see the stats of individual stories in addition to the aggregate reports provided by Shortcut
